These rights apply to workers in shops, factories, construction sites, and other registered workplaces.
If you work at a place with fewer than 1000 workers, your salary must be paid before the 7th of the next month.
For larger companies, payment must be made before the 10th.
Daily wage workers must be paid on the same or the next day at most.
Your employer cannot delay your wages because of “no profit” or “business problems.” You’ve done your work — your payment must be done too.
